Our Policies.

Our studio classes are intentionally kept small, with 6–10 participants. To support everyone’s access to class, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows clients on the waitlist time to join. Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered a used class.

For Private and Semi-Private sessions, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered a used class.

We encourage the use of Pilates grip socks to ensure client safety.  Socks are available for purchase. Please avoid using hair clips or wearing clothing that contains zippers, studs or anything sharp that may damage equipment. 

As a boutique studio, we require a minimum of two participants registered three hours before class time to run a class. If minimum enrolment isn’t met, registered clients will receive an email notification at least three hours in advance.

Education Policies, Terms & Conditions

Prior to enrolling in a course or workshop please review the dates and times to ensure you are available to attend all course hours. Enrolling in any of our education programs requires a payment to secure your spot. Workshops require full payment at the time of registration and are non-refundable within 30 days of the workshop date.  If a withdrawal is requested within 30 days of the course start date, a 25% administrative fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be credited to your account. If cancellation is requested outside of 30 days, a refund may be issued however 15% administration fee will apply. 

Certification courses require full payment to secure your spot. If you would like to discuss payment plan options please email the studio to discuss further. Withdrawals within 30 days of the course start date are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to withdraw from a course prior to 30 days before course start date, a 20% administration fee will apply. Course fees do not include exam fees or applicable taxes.

Applicants are expected to attend all scheduled course hours; any missed hours require makeup sessions with an Instructor Trainer at a rate of $150/hr.

Photography or videography during any course or workshop is strictly prohibited. Applicants must be over the age of 18 years. Space is limited, and applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Pilates on the Prairie reserves the right to cancel due to low registration or any unforeseen circumstances. In this case, any fees paid for the cancelled course will be reimbursed.
