Our studio is proud to be the only official Host Training Centre for Merrithew™ in the province of Saskatchewan.  As the global leader in mind–body education, STOTT PILATES® instructor training is internationally recognized for its high standards of education.

We are excited to bring world class pilates education to Saskatchewan - combining international expertise with the welcoming and supportive atmosphere of Pilates on the Prairie.

Courses hosted at our studio are INTENSIVE Courses, designed for students who have been teaching movement, participating in a regular pilates practice and have an anatomy background.  If you aren't sure if you have the prerequisites to enrol directly into an INTENSIVE course please reach out to the studio for further guidance on how to start your instructor journey.

Upcoming course dates are listed below.  Attendance at all course dates/times Is mandatory.  Please review the schedule carefully prior to registering.  There are mandatory post-course requirements which include practice teaching and observation hours.  Students wishing to certify will be required to complete an examination (both written and practical) within 6 months of course completion.  Students can certify in Mat or Reformer only, combined Mat/Reformer or the complete exam which includes Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels.
