Registered Series

The Foundation Series is a registered class program designed to introduce the essential principles of the STOTT Pilates® method across both Mat and Reformer. It is recommended that you take a foundation series prior to enrolling in an essential level class. You’ll learn breath mechanics, alignment, core stability, spring tension, equipment setup, and foundational movement patterns that support everything you’ll do in future classes. This is where technique is developed with clarity and intention — not rushed.


Each session builds progressively. Concepts and exercises layer week to week to help you gain strength, control, and confidence on both the Mat and the Reformer. Because the series is structured to progress together, registration is for the full series. Attending all sessions will give you the best experience and results.

Reformer Fundamentals

Starting Thursday, March 12 6:30PM

This class is an 8 week series designed for clients new to the reformer.  You will learn how to set up the reformer for your height, adjust and choose spring tension and gain comfort with using the reformer in various positions.  Basic biomechanical principles, core stability and spinal mobility will be the key focus of this class.


Upon completion of this series, clients can move on to an essential level class. Class dates:  March 12/19/26 April 2/9/16/23/30

Reformer Fundamentals

Starting Monday, March 16 10AM

This class is an 8 week series designed for clients new to the reformer.  You will learn how to set up the reformer for your height, adjust and choose spring tension and gain comfort with using the reformer in various positions.  Basic biomechanical principles, core stability and spinal mobility will be the key focus of this class.


Upon completion of this series, clients can move on to an essential level class. Class Dates: March 16/23/30 April 6/13/20/27 May 4

Matwork Fundamentals

Starting Monday, March 16 6:35PM

Matwork Fundamentals is for clients new to Pilates and is recommended before joining an essential level mat class. This class will teach you the basic Pilates principles, develop initial core strength and spinal mobility. 


This is a registered series, the class will occur at the same time/day of the week for 8 consecutive weeks. Please check schedule to ensure that you are able to attend the majority of classes. Class dates: March 16/23/30 April 6/13/20/27 May 4.

Reformer Fundamentals

Starting Wednesday, March 18 1PM

This class is an 8 week series designed for clients new to the reformer.  You will learn how to set up the reformer for your height, adjust and choose spring tension and gain comfort with using the reformer in various positions.  Basic biomechanical principles, core stability and spinal mobility will be the key focus of this class.


Upon completion of this series, clients can move on to an essential level class. Class Dates: March 18/25 April 1/8/15/22/29 May 6.
