Our beginner sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and easy to follow. If you are curious about pilates a class labelled as TRY IT class is a perfect choice for your first experience at our studio.
The best option for clients new to pilates is to enrol in a registered series class. The class will run for a set number of weeks and will prepare you to either continue on in a higher level registered class or move to drop in classes if you are looking for more flexibility in your schedule.
If you would prefer a one on one experience then select a private session to get started.
